<p class="p1">A partner with Casas Hof Constructora e Inmobiliaria, Bradley DiTeresi is involved in real estate development in Peru. Unlike in other areas, Peru's real estate market has remained strong despite the global financial downturn. Casas Hof Constructora e Inmobiliaria is currently undertaking a condominium construction project in the historic province of Arequipa. Founded in 1540, the city is home to a <a href="http://www.unesco.org/new/en/">UNESCO</a> World Heritage site and a population of over 800,000 people. Bradley DiTeresi holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Missouri at Kansas City and a BA in Psychology from the University of Kansas.</p>
<p class="p1">Outside of work, Bradley DiTeresi maintains a full roster of interests. An avid fan of music, he plays guitar across several different genres, including blues, jazz, and classical. Today, his guitar collection includes a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gibson_Les_Paul">Gibson Les Paul</a> electric, an Ibanez jazz guitar, a Yamaha classical, and a Martin acoustic. More than just a music lover, DiTeresi appreciates the craftsmanship of his American-made Martin and Gibson guitars as a symbol of the country's once-dominant manufacturing past. He also enjoys watching movies, reading, and training his two dogs when time permits. A practicing Catholic, Bradley DiTeresi dedicates one hour of prayer in his parish's adoration chapel each week, contributing to the church's custom of perpetual adoration.</p>
